FLYPOWER was established in 2010 which is a young company, however our management levels , including our CEO, R&D general engineer and most of medium management staff had been working in the heat shrinkable materials’ design, development, production and service over 15 years. So we have a strong confidence to provide our customers the high quality products with the competitive price.

Our products are essentially used in insulation, connection, protection, sealing for wiring harness and cable assembly, which comply with EU, RoHs environmental standards and widely applied in the fields of commercial electronics, automobile, truck, shipping building, military, industrial equipment, telecommunication, marine, aerospace, home appliance and so on. The full tubing and accessory range provides the customer one-step service for wire and cable management.

We invest huge fund each year in new product research and development, and built FLYPOWER Research and Development Center based on radiation modified polymer materials. A strong R&D team enriches FLYPOWER the leading role in the heat shrinkable materials technology field. FLYPOWER NEW MATERIALS LIMITED is deeply grounded in ongoing research and product development. Every year, five percent of sales is invested in R&D to develop new products and advanced equipment. FLYPOWER’s R&D center is equipped with a best-in-class trial production workshop, performance test room, chemical labs and material analysis room utilizing instruments with a polymer material mechanics, chemistry, thermal analysis and electrical testing laboratories, medium voltage cable accessories laboratories and pilot test workshop. As a result, we have systemic research and development capabilities from raw materials development, product structure design, product performance analysis to new products trial. According to the client specific needs, we can research and develop new products.Today, FLYPOWER's heat shrink tubing technology levels are ranked as leaders in the field. To bring together a cross-section of disciplines including industry, academia and research. FLYPOWER is collaborating with Central South University to develop breakthrough technologies to advance  heat shrink tubing accelerate industrialization of its products.

FLYPOWER NEW MATERIALS LIMITED strictly implements the requirement of ISO9001:2008 to establish its quality guarantee system. The system is consisted of IQC, IPQC, QA,QE, OQC and Metrology, with 10 well-trained quality management personnel equipped with most advanced testing instruments. The team conforms to the requirement of quality control regulations and makes sure the flow, from material sourcing to production and shipment, are strictly controlled. Thus we are able to guarantee the stable and reliable quality of our products.   

IQC: Checking the material, ingredients and components, making sure the original materials  meet the standard regulated by our company. 

IPQC: Check and are responsible for the quality control of the production process, detecting the abnormal situations and get them solved in time, making sure the component is qualified before it flows to the next step.   

QA: Carrying out exclusive tests according to the demand of the clients and the IEC standard.

QE: Quality engineer, responsible for releasing technical information and supervising the implement of quality control, giving advices on the improvement of product structure or production process and getting immediate issues solved.    

OQC: Responsible for the final check of products before shipment so that the quality of the made products are fully guaranteed.

Our factory is located in Shipai Dongguan,Guangdong.it covers an area of 4,000 square meters,our advantage product dual tubing daily output capacity is over 100K meters and medium wall tubing is over 30K meters.
